We want to ensure that when your cats come to stay, you know that they’ll be safe, happy and well looked after. The following terms are in place to make sure that every cat enjoys their time here.
All boarding cats must be vaccinated against and up-to date with the vaccinations of feline Influenza and Enteritis and all males must be neutered. Please bring vaccination certificates with you, it is important that we have a record of this.
Whilst we are happy to administer medicine in tablet or drops form, we are unfortunately unable to provide medication by injection.
If a cat gets unwell during his or her time with us, or if they appear to be unwell, we will take them to the vet as a precaution. The owners will be liable for any vets fees.
We charge per day. This includes both the drop-off and collection days as on these days we are unable to let that chalet to another cat.
